Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged half of the service fee.
- If you cancel within 12 hours of your service, you will be charged the full service fee, as this timeframe doesn't allow for replacement bookings.
- Please be on time for your appointment. Arriving later than 15 minutes after appointment time will lead to cancellation of appointment and you will be charged the full amount of your service.
To ensure a smooth experience, my booking link will require a card on file. Please note that your card won't be charged until after your appointment or in the event of a late cancellation (within 24 hours).
Additionally, if you cancel more than three times within 12 hours, you will no longer be able to book with me.
